Commercial Construction Contractor — Multi-State Industrial & Institutional GC | Rapid Renovations
Commercial & Industrial · 19 States

Commercial construction, built by the crew Quikrete trusts.

Office, retail, medical, industrial, and multi-family — from one senior PM, one direct sub network, one 30-year track record.

Built to standard.

We take on single-site commercial, multi-family development, and industrial plant work — the kind of projects where a senior project manager actually has to show up.

Our commercial lane is the full range: offices, retail spaces, medical suites, restaurants, and tenant build-outs on the single-site side; ground-up apartments and mixed-use on the multi-family side; and live-facility industrial work, including as Quikrete's trusted General Contractor in Atlanta. Same team runs all of it.

The industrial work is the reason our commercial standards are what they are. When you're phasing construction around a facility that can't stop running, every detail — safety discipline, trade sequencing, owner reporting — has to hold. We bring that same operating posture to a 20,000-square-foot retail fit-out or a suburban multi-family build.

Coordination across 19 states runs through one senior PM per project. Direct sub-trade relationships in each active market. A single chain of accountability from first scope call to final walk — so the owner never has to chase the status of their own build.

From scope call to final walk.

Five stages. One senior PM owning the chain from day one through warranty.

01
Step One

Scope call

A direct call with a senior PM — not a coordinator. We work through project type, site status, timeline pressure, and any owner-side constraints before anyone steps on site.

02
Step Two

Site walk & preliminary estimate

We walk the site, verify conditions, and put a preliminary estimate together with the assumptions laid out plainly. For live facilities, we also map phasing options around active operations.

03
Step Three

Proposal — timeline, cost, trade breakdown

Fixed proposal with a trade-by-trade breakdown, sequenced schedule, and a named PM. No hidden allowances, no phantom fees. You see the line items before you sign.

04
Step Four

Build — weekly progress reports

Your PM sends a written weekly report: trades on site, milestones hit, blockers surfaced, next week's plan. You never have to ask where the project is.

05
Step Five

Final walk & warranty

Joint close-out walk with the owner, punch list cleared, and a written warranty package. After handover, your PM is still the phone call if anything surfaces.

Three commercial lanes. One operating team.

We don't staff up a new crew for each job type. The same senior PMs and the same sub-trade network run across single-site commercial, multi-family, and industrial work.

“They ran our commercial build like an industrial project — weekly written reports, one PM on the phone every time I called, no surprises in the final number. That's what we needed and that's exactly what we got.” Google Review · Commercial Client

Commercial questions, plainly answered.

What owners, facility managers, and developers usually want to know before the first call.

What size commercial jobs do you take?

We scope commercial work by type and complexity, not a single size bracket. Our active lane covers tenant build-outs and single-site commercial (office, retail, medical, restaurants), multi-family developments, and industrial plant work. If it's a single-building commercial job or a multi-unit ground-up, we're the right phone call.

Do you have industrial / plant-services experience?

Yes. Rapid Renovations is Quikrete's trusted General Contractor in Atlanta. That work gives us the operating standards we apply to every commercial job — live-facility coordination, industrial safety discipline, and phased execution around active operations.

Can you work in my state?

We're licensed and actively building in 19 states across the Southeast, Mid-Atlantic, Northeast, Texas / South Central, and the West Coast. If your project is in any of those, the answer is yes.

Do you subcontract or self-perform?

We run a direct sub-trade model — long-standing relationships with trade partners in each active market, coordinated by one senior project manager per project. You get one accountable point of contact, not a pass-through.

How fast can you start?

Standard commercial scoping runs two to four weeks from first call to signed proposal. Emergency or fast-track work can mobilize faster — call us directly to walk through the timeline.
