We run tenant improvement projects from 2,000 sqft single-suite build-outs to 50,000 sqft multi-tenant retail and office work — across all 19 states we're licensed in. Typical timeline is 4–16 weeks from signed contract to tenant handover, depending on scope, permitting jurisdiction, and long-lead materials.
Night-shift construction is standard for live retail and operating office buildings. We sequence demo, MEP, drywall, and finishes on off-shift hours so the tenant next door doesn't lose foot traffic and the landlord doesn't lose rent.
