Remodeling is harder than new construction. You're working inside someone's home or someone's business, usually with walls you can't see behind until you open them. Schedules move. Scope shifts. The contractor who held the line on budget during estimating stops returning calls when the drywall comes off.
That's the part we fixed. One senior PM runs your remodel from day one. Weekly written reports. Direct trade relationships — we don't sub out the sub-out. When something behind the wall surprises us, you hear about it the same day with three options and what they each cost.
Timeline: 8–26 weeks depending on scope. Warranty: one year on workmanship, manufacturer pass-through on materials, and a direct line to Mr. Palmer if anything goes sideways after handover.
