Plant renovation isn't commercial construction with extra PPE. It's a different discipline: coordinating with plant ops, staging around rolling stock and live conveyor lines, sequencing shutdowns against production windows, and running every work package past the plant's safety officer before a tool moves.
We run three operating modes depending on what the facility can tolerate. Phased work runs alongside active production. Off-shift work lands on nights, weekends, or scheduled down-hours. Full shutdowns get pre-planned against the plant's maintenance calendar so the scope hits its window and production restarts on the date the plant manager committed to internally.
